While apparently a high quality product with good sound and noise control,it is very heavy, bulky and uncomfortable. Also it has a single permanent very long and heavycord.
This product was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Not only was he ecstatic upon opening them, but they've proved to be incredibly comfortable to wear. The sound quality is great, and they block out noise very well. Overall a very good product.
This model obviously isn't going to give $500 or $1000 quality sound reproduction, but for the price, these can't be beat. The sound is good (miles above stock iPod headphones) and they feel very comfortable (if slightly bulky). Highly reccommended. For the sub-$150 class of headphones, these can't be beat.
These are seriously the best pair of cans I've ever gotten my hands on. They sound good, they were not incredibly expensive, they cancel noise without the "pressure" on the hears of active noise cancelling sets, and they are "over the ear" 'phones. If you wear glasses, I recommend the over-the-ear ones because they don't smash your ear against the arm of your glasses while in use.Pros: Great sound, noise cancelling, relatively inexpensive.Cons: Don't sound quite as good as my Logitech Z-2300 speakers, large.
Those cost twice as much, and is 100 times as awesome. I honestly felt the current HD 202s that i have are much better and they cost just $30.
But it was quite shocking. I dont know if the item i got was a fake.
I could hear a lot of details, but absolutely no punch. It sounded tinny, and lifeless.
There was no meat in the mids. I also have a HD 25-1 II.
So maybe this is just a one off case.
